Our SODO (South Downtown) research site is located within Family Medical Center. The center is an eight-provider family practice group which includes Board Certified Family Medicine Doctors, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners and Certified Physician Assistants providing services to children, adolescents and adults. This location hosts a broad spectrum of primary care services, with an on-site lab, full digital X-ray suite, ultrasound, DEXA scan, sleep studies, walk-in urgent care and telemedicine appointments.

Dr. Delgado received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He went on to complete both his internship and residency at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Shah completed his Doctor of Medicine at M.P. Shah Medical College in India, then received a Masters in Healthcare Admin at Western Kentucky Univ. He finished an internship/residency at Detroit Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Molpus has been a PI with CNS Healthcare since 2008. He is board certified in psychiatry, neurology and addiction medicine.

Shana Caldwell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College. Shana has an extensive background in critical care and clinical research.

Patricia Brown, Ph.D., APRN
Dr. Brown is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been in private practice since 1984. She is certified in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatric/mental health nursing. She joined CNS Healthcare in 2004 at their Jacksonville location and then transitioned to the Orlando Research team in 2008.

Letitia has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and long-term care facilities. Letitia also assisted with the management of clinical trials on inpatient units. Since 2010, she has provided oversight on the pre-study assessment process at the clinic as well as lab and front office services. She is now our Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
