Chanel Adams, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Chanel is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who earned a BSN from Indiana University Southeast in 2008 and an MSN from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale in 2017. She has worked in a full spectrum of care, from routine health maintenance to advanced clinical services in both hospital and outpatient settings.

Letitia Griffin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Letitia has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and long-term care facilities. Letitia also assisted with the management of clinical trials on inpatient units. Since 2010, she has provided oversight on the pre-study assessment process at the clinic as well as lab and front office services. She is now our Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
